Cardiologists have come up with a new guideline for the treatment of high blood pressure. Patients at risk will now receive medication more quickly, with a blood pressure of 130 over 80 instead of 140 over 90. Exercising can certainly help to keep your blood pressure under control, says cardiologist Tine De Backer. But how often should you exercise?
