The Cox Falcons are coming into this season with a chip on their shoulders after last season’s heartbreaking Regional loss to Kempsville at the death of the game. Head Coach Tyler Noe said that there are only nine starters returning to the mix and this is a pretty new team. That doesn’t matter a whole lot to him, because this team started putting in the work at the beginning of 2024, trying to get better after that playoff loss to the Chiefs.
“Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed and those kids took that to heart. That’s why we started in January.. I think it taught everybody a lesson that we have to play until the final whistle is blown,” said Head Coach Tyler Noe
