Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing can be located at the Erdtree Sanctuary in Leyndell, Ashen Capital at the Altus Plateau region. This is one of the remaining few main bosses in Elden Ring and it will not go down without a fight.
Players should have completed the Crumbling Farum Azula section to reach this point. Being one of the final bosses, it is worth noting that Sir Gideon is an omnipotent foe who is no pushover and will require great effort and preparations to defeat.
How to Prepare for the Fight Against Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing
Elden Ring players will have to tread carefully before reaching this boss. The attack patterns will vary depending on which other bosses players have defeated. Beating Malenia, Blade of Miquella before him allows him to use Scarlet Aenoia. Similarly, he can use the attacks of Mohg, Lord of Blood and Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy provided you have beaten them.

Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing is not the hardest boss but he can pack a mean punch that can easily kill the Tarnished. Players should equip items with stronger resistance to spells like the Haligdrake Talisman and Spelldrake Talisman. Everyone has a weakness and Sir Gideon Ofnir’s are bleed effect and lightning damage.

Players with a strong melee build can beat this boss easily. With the Bloodhound’s Fang to inflict the Bleed effect, the lengthy health bar will drop after a few quick strikes. The Bloodhound’s Fang can be acquired after defeating Bloodhound Knight Darriwil.
Elden Ring is no different from previous Soulslike games and most players prefer to play it safe but this should not be the mindset going into the arena of Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing. Players should go in fast and hard to avoid being hit by various spell attacks.

Players can summon a Mimic Tear to double the damage and distract the boss long enough for the Tarnished to use the Ash of War attack of the Blasphemous Blade. This weapon is also quite efficient against other optional bosses like Jori, Elder Inquisitor.
After a few perfectly timed hits, Sir Gideon will fall in a few minutes. The boss will drop 150000 Runes, a new weapon called the Scepter of the All-Knowing, and the Armor Set of the All-Knowing.
