The National Police is investigating the death of a man and a woman, whose bodies “show obvious signs of violence,” in the words of the delegate of the Government in La RiojaBeatriz Arraiz, have appeared at a premises in Logroño that was set on fire this morning.
Two men, aged 40 and 46, with an extensive criminal history have been arrested for this crime, as confirmed by police officers. However, “the investigation remains open and new arrests are not ruled out.”
The event occurred this morning when a call alerted around 00:45 of a fire in a former Bankia office on San Millán Street, near the center of the capital of La Rioja.
