A homicide investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot Friday near a diner in Prichard.
The victim was shot Friday afternoon near Fat Boys Diner in Prichard, WKRG reported, citing city officials.
The man then ran to a car wash when he collapsed.
He was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries.
