Fifth-ranked Class 4A West Morgan remained unbeaten as it rolled over Class 4A, Region 7 rival Central-Florence 52-26 on Friday.
The matchup of the top two teams in the region began as highly competitive as the teams’ records would indicate. The host Rebels led 15-13 a minute into the second quarter after Central-Florence scored a touchdown with a Ja’Kari Brown run and failed to tie with a 2-point try.
