Simu Liu recounted his chance encounter with the former Superman actor in Las Vegas, where he was too shy to approach the elusive star. However, on introducing himself, Cavill not only recognized him but also cheerfully embraced the Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings lead, not minding the interruption. A further gesture of kindness from the bewitching actor stole fan’s hearts.

Henry Cavill is perhaps the most chivalrous actor in the industry after the likes of Keanu Reeves and Hugh Jackman. The actor has been known to be well-mannered and a true hero for co-stars like Amy Adams, who stated he was ‘too nice’.
Other celebrities and fans have also revealed moments of the Sand Castle actor being generous and giving. Simu Liu’s name was also added to the long list of actors praising the former Superman actor for being an absolute sport.

The Marvel hero appeared in Fan Expo Canada, an annual fan fiction convention event, where he revealed to fans his chance encounter. Liu confessed that he spotted the Man of Steel actor during his reservation at Carbone in L.A. and gathered the nerve to walk up to him.
The actor wasn’t confident that Cavill would know him, so he was shocked when he not only recognized but also embraced him. The Jackpot! actor further detailed how kind the star was towards him and his company, whom he voluntarily greeted.

The Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings actor further revealed another shocking act of unprompted kindness from the beloved DC star. On finishing their spread, Liu learned that Cavill had paid for their meal beforehand.
After we had finished our meal, I went to ask for the check and the waiter was like, “Mr Cavill has taken care of your bill.”
The incident cemented the actor’s gentlemanly nature and golden heart in not only the Marvel hero’s mind but also for fans online. Social media went crazy with praises and hero-worship for the Immortals actor and his sunny temperament.
