My sincere congratulations go out to Frank O’Neill, of Madison, for the letter published in the Courant. I, too, am a senior on a fixed income and have a hard time making ends meet. What is even harder to me is that my house is all electric, so you can imagine what my bill looks likes.
With all of the fingers pointing at the governor and the legislature for making such a blunder on our electric bills, I want to know when Eversource is coming to my house to install a charging station for free? After all, the public benefits portion of my bill is supposed to be paying for this. Also, I would like to know when I get to have my electric bill paid for by someone other than me.
I think it’s time for everyone to re-think who they will be voting for in the November elections. Changes need to be made and it’s the only way it can be done: elections.
