While Code’s dialogue is reminiscent of the villain, he is far-fetched from the character. Especially with the intensity and loss the Naruto character faced. Both characters are opposites in terms of their backstories and ambitions. Conversely, Kishimoto is redefining evil with another character in the series who might overpower Code.

His conception of villains and the idea of evil are dynamic in most ways. With every arc, the mangaka reshapes and redefines the concept of evil. It is clear in his characterization of Jura. The God Tree’s motives reflect his loyalties and potential as an antagonist.
As a God Tree, Code created Jura out of the Ten-Tails. However, in the recent chapter, he dismantled his creator’s control. His outmaneuvering of Code and destructive abilities prove his formidability. One would assume loyalty and obedience from the being, however, that isn’t the case.
Jura’s character topples the idea and understanding of control. Many fans have compared his character to Cell from the Dragon Ball universe. Especially in terms of their unparalleled strength and potential. However, there’s more to it than meets the eye.
Despite his status as a Shinju, Jura is subject to defeat. Compared to Code, the character is rather formidable. From his unparalleled strength to intelligence, he proves to be more lethal than his creator. Especially in his ability to incapacitate and control Code. Kishimoto may have outdone himself by redefining evil through this character.
