He was offered the role of Homelander in Mortal Kombat but refused to do it, saying that it was not paying much. However, many people have speculated about how much more money a mobile game can offer from Mortal Kombat.
Antony Starr Has Always Been Big On Ads
Antony Starr was also seen in an early advertisement for PlayStation, which portrays his inclination towards advertisements. It took a long while for Starr to gain some fame, and he had to see some tough times.
His breakthrough role had to be the TV show The Boys, which got extremely famous and saw a cape-studded Starr doing superhero things. However, after The Boys, his relevance seems to have died down a little.
His rejection of Mortal Kombat was not taken in a healthy way by fans. Players wanted to see their favourite superhero make their way into the game. Starr has not yet announced the reason for not getting involved with the game.

Players are still confused as to why he would choose a mobile game ad over a role in Mortal Kombat, which would have been more cool and also challenging for him in a good way.
Highlander Would Have Been A Great Addition To Mortal Kombat
It is high time for Starr to pull up his socks and come back stronger. Highlander free li8 belongs to the universe of Mortal Kombat and fits perfectly well within the arsenal of characters already present in the game.
Highlander is an intriguing character who is well accustomed to violence and seems to have plenty of it. The show also managed to attract a lot of people and was a hit. It would have been a wise move to introduce the same character in Mortal Kombat, since it would also increase the appeal of the game by opening its door to a fresh audience.
