Awards in eight categories
The Princess of Asturias Awards are awarded each year in eight categories: Arts, Social Sciences, Communication and Humanities, Concord, International Cooperation, Sports, Scientific and Technical Research, and Letters. They reward the scientific, technical, cultural, social and humanitarian work of people, institutions, groups of people or institutions on an international level.
