Recently Hospitalized Jamie Foxx is Shamelessly Milking the Rumor That Diddy Poisoned Him

The accusations against Diddy aren’t looking to slow down anytime soon. The former music mogul, who’s currently battling charges of s-x trafficking and racketeering, has once again garnered scrutiny following Jamie Foxx’s recent comedy routine, in which the actor alleged the rapper’s involvement in his hospitalization last year.

For the unversed, Foxx was hospitalized last year for undisclosed medical issues during his time on the set of Back in Action. However, given the varying reports on Foxx’s Netflix stand-up, it seems more like a marketing ploy than a full-blown truth.

Jamie Foxx’s Alleged Comments on Diddy Stirs up Speculations

Earlier this year, Jamie Foxx revealed that he’d finally reveal the reason behind his hospitalization in his Netflix Special. But the Django Unchained star stressed that he’ll add his own spin on it, stating “I’m gonna do it in a funny way”.

Everybody wants to know what happened, and I’m going to tell you what happened. But I’ve gotta do it in my way. I’m gonna do it in a funny way. We’re gonna be on the stage. We’re gonna get back to the stand-up sort of roots.

It seems the actor did finally elaborate on his hospitalization in his Netflix stand-up, as according to reports, Foxx linked it to Diddy. Per eyewitnesses from the event, the actor claimed that the Bad Boy Records owner poisoned him, and Fox further alleged that he was the one to call the FBI on Diddy.

However, there is no way of telling if the actor was serious or was taking a jab at the music mogul through his apparent statements, as different eyewitnesses shared different versions of the story. While the actor’s alleged statements about Diddy‘s involvement didn’t seem like a joke to some eyewitnesses, other accounts, like Dennis L.A. White, claimed that Foxx’s statements were in line with “(Diddy) He was not responsible. If he was, I would’ve been dead”.

With no substantial evidence to support either of these claims, it’s also possible that the entire fiasco surrounding the music mogul’s alleged involvement in Foxx’s health issues might be just a marketing ploy. Given the buzz surrounding the Bad Boy Records owner following the heap of charges lined against him, it doesn’t seem too unlikely that this whole thing might be a way to stir up conversations surrounding Foxx’s Netflix special.

$400 Was Enough for Jamie Foxx to Rival Diddy’s Parties

While fans will have to wait until the Netflix special drops on the streaming platform to see the thing for themselves, Foxx once humbled Diddy by arranging a party within $400 in LA.

Considering the music mogul was notable for throwing lavish parties, often labeled as White Parties, not to be confused with the alleged freak-offs, Foxx apparently told Diddy that his $400 party could rival his million-dollar events.

I said ‘You come to my place in LA, I’ll throw you party for 400 bucks that will rival this party.

Foxx allegedly lived up to his claims, as the actor claimed that Diddy was indeed impressed by his LA party.
