CORTLAND, Ohio (WKBN) — An Ohio Lottery player is celebrating a $50,000 win.
The winner purchased a lottery ticket at a Circle K on High Street in Cortland.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $36,000. Â
Billion is a $50 scratch-off with a top prize of $1,000,000 a year for 20 years. As of Friday, there are three top prizes remaining in the game.
