Deborah Browder, 69, has died following a car crash in Perry County on Friday evening.
The Valley Grande resident was driving on Alabama 219, about 15 miles north of Selma, when her vehicle collided head-on with a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado at around 5:20 p.m.. Browder was not wearing a seatbelt at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
The other driver, Donna McDaniel, 58, of Vance, was injured and airlifted to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.
Troopers with the Highway Patrol Division of ALEA said they will continue to investigate the fatal crash.
