YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A person was wounded in a shooting about 3:15 p.m. Monday on the West Side.
The person was at a home in the double-digit block of North Dunlap Avenue and was taken to the hospital by private vehicle.
There were at least 15 shell casings in the street
It is unknown yet if the person was inside or outside the house.
