Pathologist Daniel Nava Rodrigues hailed October 7 terror mastermind Yahya Sinwar a hero.
He said: “Dead and/or suffering Israelis are the only thing that brightens the day lately.”
The Sun took screenshots before Rodrigues, a doctor at Kingston Hospital, South West London, deleted his X account.
One retweet showed a cartoon stickman standing over coffins draped in the Israeli flag.
He added: “IDF eulogies sound like Nazi confessions.”
Health Secretary Wes Streeting, said: “There’s no place for anti-Semitism in our NHS.”
Rodrigues is now facing an NHS probe.
