Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is all set to feature the most varied Call of Duty campaign ever. In a recent interview, Raven Software’s associate creative director, Jon Zuk, shared some interesting information about the game’s campaign. Zuk multiplied the hype for the game as he mentioned that there is a particular mission in the game which is like the “perfect heist mission,” where players will be able to control different characters.
Black Ops 6‘s campaign will allow players to do missions however they want, however, these options will not affect the game’s ending as the campaign is a linear story. So, players can have a different approach but it will not affect the way the story turns out.
One “Perfect Heist Mission” In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Will Allow Players To Control Different Characters
The lead narrative producer, Natalie Pohorski, and the associate creative director at Raven Software, Jon Zuk, recently appeared for an interview with IGN to talk about the exciting campaign of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. During the conversation, Pohorski and Zuk explained that there is one particular mission where players will be able to control different characters. Zuk said,
There are speculations that the “High Rollers” mission in the game is the one where the team carries out a high-risk heist as they target a casino vault. Zuk also added that Black Ops 6‘s campaign will be slightly longer campaign than Cold War’s.
Players Can Complete Campaign Missions However They Want
In the same interview, Zuk explained that the game doesn’t punish you for not choosing the path it suggests as different players can have different playstyles. The game allows players to complete the missions however they want. He said,
The variety is the selling point here as Zuk promises that different missions have different approaches. The game will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows on 25th October 2024. Players who have pre-ordered the game can pre-load the game on October 21st so they can jump right in when the game is officially out.
