However, despite this staggering reception from the fans, the technical issues the game is facing can’t be overlooked. Be it bugs, glitches, or poor optimization, the game has been having it all. That is why many fans even went onto tag the game as a flop.

Players Are Discovering Gamebreaking Bugs in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has made fans fall in love with it. The game features over 180 playable fighters, each with their own distinctive skillset. But how can you play these characters if your saved data is being deleted? Yes, players are reporting a bug that is deleting saved data.

The early access version of the game saw pulling over 90,000 simultaneous players ahead of the game’s full launch. And this bug was present in the early access period as well. However, the developers might have to work further on the game even after its official release, as this game-breaking bug is disrupting the whole gameplay.

This bug even went on to delete the cloud saves as well, making players’ lives miserable. Although PC players are continuing their fun as this bug is prominent only on consoles. The players were already suffering with some extremely difficult levels, like the Great Ape Vegeta fight.

Even more frustrating is that players had to figure out all these issues on their own as there has been no substantial fix from the developers. That is why many players think the developers might have rushed into releasing the game without polishing it properly.

If we are talking about the game, then there is no doubt that players are going gaga over the game’s packed roster, dynamic cel-shaded graphics, and difficult boss fights. But the weird bugs are making it tough for the fans. If you want a detailed review of the game, then you can check out ours. As of now, the game is getting mixed reactions:

This fan thinks you can figure out the game yourself if you pay attention to the tutorial.

This fan too thinks the issue with games’s difficulty levels is because of lack of proper skillset.

On the other hand, this fan didn’t face any bugs at all.

Now this fan has his own reasons for giving a poor rating to the game.

17 years ago, the last game of this series was released. Since then, a lot of things have changed. The fighting game’s essential mechanics are mostly still in place, so returning players can continue just where they left off. With combos centered on a succession of button presses rather than conventional motion inputs, Budokai Tenkaichi is renowned for its straightforward fighting style.

It’s amazing how simple it is to pick up and play Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, especially given how fast-paced and intense the action is. With the vast roster, it’s probably better that the combination chains are largely the same, so you won’t get lost trying out new characters.

The Great Ape Vegeta battle, which occurs a few missions into the campaign, dispels the widespread belief that these games are little more than button mashers. Much of the strategy is derived from the defensive aspects of the anime game; to win fights, you must know when to block and when to go for a counter, as well as maintain track of each player’s skill counter.

Now, if Spike Chunsoft gets to remove all these game-breaking bugs, then this title has the real potential to become a legendary game for sure. What’s your opinion on Dragon Ball Sparking Zero? Share your thoughts with us in the comment section.
