The Civil Guard has arrested a 56-year-old man in Palencia for crimes against sexual freedom, prostitution and corruption of minors. The detainee used a minor as a recruiter of victims to carry out sexual assaults in exchange for money and pills, a minor who has also been investigated for a crime of induction and favoring the prostitution of minors by facilitating contacts between the detainee and five other minors, between 15 and 17 years old, all of them supervised by the Administration.
The man had already been arrested for similar events in April of this same year. Then, the notice came from a minor center located in Palencia, which led to an investigation that culminated in the identification of the aggressor and three other minors with whom he established contact and tried to have sexual relations.
In this case, the investigations began after a complaint from the father of one of the minors, who claimed that the detainee offered money and pills to his daughter in exchange for having sexual relations. Subsequently, the agents of the Civil Guard They identified both the detainee and the other six minors. The proceedings carried out, together with the detainee, have been made available to the investigating court number 1 of Palencia, and a copy has been sent to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
