A man who was shot while in his vehicle in Hartford crashed on Interstate 91 early Sunday.
Officers responded to Hartford Hospital around 1:49 a.m. on a report of an arrival of a gunshot victim, according to the Hartford Police Department.
The shooting victim, a man in his 30s, was alert and conscious with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Police believe the man was shot while in his vehicle in the area of Windsor Street at Boce Barlow Way and crashed his vehicle shortly thereafter on I-91.
The Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are conducting the ongoing investigation.
