A BMW was stolen at gunpoint in Oxford on Sunday and later used to steal another vehicle in Manchester, according to state police.
Troopers just before 6:30 p.m. responded to reports of the carjacking in the parking lot of a business in the 400 block of Route 67, according to Connecticut State Police.
State police said the 50-year-old victim was not injured in the gunpoint carjacking.
Fairfield police also are investigating an armed carjacking involving use of a BMW.
The vehicle was later used in connection with a car theft in Manchester. No additional information about that theft was immediately available.
The carjacking remains under investigation.
