Auburn football was back on the practice field Tuesday in preparation for its Southeastern Conference opener against Arkansas on Saturday.
Media was able to view around 10 minutes of Tuesday’s practice, consisting of mostly drills.
Here’s what we saw:
- Wide receiver Cam Coleman, who missed last week’s game with a shoulder sprain, was present during the open portion of practice, but wearing a yellow non-contact jersey.
- Right tackle Izavion Miller, who missed the New Mexico game with a hip flexor strain, was practicing with no perceived limitations during the open portion.
- Corner Kayin Lee was present and practicing without any perceived limitations during the open portion after missing the New Mexico game due to a calf strain.
Other Observations
- With Miller back in practice, the first team offensive line returned to what it was prior to his injury. Percy Lewis seems to now have the edge over Tyler Johnson at left tackle.
