There were no changes this week at the top spots in this week’s Alabama Sports Writers Association high school football rankings.
After four weeks, the No. 1 teams remain Central-Phenix City (7A), Saraland (6A), Guntersville (5A), Jackson (4A), T.R. Miller (3A), Pisgah (2A), Wadley (1A) and Chambers Academy (AISA).
Crucial battles between ranked teams in Week 5 include Central-Phenix City hosting No. 6 Enterprise in 7A and Jackson hosting No. 6 Mobile Christian in 4A.
