This week’s AL.com high school volleyball rankings feature two new No. 1 teams.
Class 4A Madison County moved to the top of the rankings after previous No. 1 Alexandria dropped a pair of matches, losing to Class 5A Priceville and Class 4A seventh-ranked Central-Florence. The last No. 1 ranking for Madison County (24-7) came in Class 4A on Sept. 9, 2021 and the Tigers were also Class 4A No. 1 in 2012.
