On being on air for more than 25 seasons, he told Awards Radar, “People thought this was never gonna work, and not only did it work, but it’s lasted for 25 seasons. So I think that’s really the crazy part is that it’s staying power that we’ve been able to keep an audience interested, and tweak the show and let the format evolve by adding steals and those little features that kind of make it exciting again. Every time it’s on, it feels fresh.”

Carson Daly receives a salary of $5 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. has been the host of The Voice since the first season of the reality singing competition. Since Blake Shelton left the show in 2023, Daly is the longest-running member on The Voice. He also serves as a producer for the show. Daly has won four Emmy Awards for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program, in 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2017. After Blake Shelton left after season 25, Daly is the longest running cast member on the show.
“To anybody watching that just doesn’t have an inside track on winning an Emmy or being nominated for an Emmy, and people who might think it’s all superfluous or just sort of an ego, it’s really not,” the season host told Gold Derby. “It is incredibly important for the men and women that you never see on television. That is who makes the show. So when you see my face or you see our coaches who are A-level musicians, they’re familiar faces and we get a lot of the credit and we’re in articles and we’re talked about, but we have such a small amount to do with the totality of the quality of the television show that people are viewing.”

She is a hugely valuable addition as we prepare for another spectacular season.” Milian was later replaced by Daly, who took up both roles online and on the show.
