The police court appointed a medical expert on Tuesday who must examine Joe Claridge in order to be able to estimate his damages. The assistant chef lost both legs after he was run over by star chef Nick Bril in the parking lot of restaurant The Jane in Antwerp earlier this year. The police court did not respond to Bril’s request to leave him out of the expert examination.
