LUXURY retailer H Beauty is set to open a new store in a major Scots shopping centre.
The brand is home to hundreds of make-up products from big names such as La Mer, Dior, The Ordinary and Charlotte Tilbury.
Its new unit, spanning 22,500 sq ft, will be located next to the new Zara in the former Debenhams outlet at Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow.
It comes as luxury department store Harrods expands its beauty offering to include communities outside of London.
The new Scottish store will be H Beauty’s sixth standalone outlet.
David Pierotti, General Manager of Silverburn, said: “This is a game-changing moment for not only Silverburn, but Glasgow and the west.
“We are committed to providing a best-in-class retail and leisure experience for all our guests, and the attraction of global names such
as H beauty is testament to that.
“We’re excited to welcome H beauty to Silverburn, and we know that it will prove a massive hit with our guests.”
A raft of big retailers have recently opened at the shopping centre, including AllSaints and Mango.
Restaurants such as The Real Greek and Stà ilinn Scottish Kitchen have also launched.
Meanwhile, popular eatery Scallop’s Tale has lodged plans to open a second restaurant at the retail complex.
It is famed for its fish and chips but also serves pasta, burgers and more.
The application is under consideration by Glasgow City Council and a decision is expected by Friday, December 13.
