The Brussels and by extension the entire Belgian football world mourns Jacques Teugels. The former left striker, who led RWDM to the Belgian title with 21 goals in the 1974-75 season, died today. He was 78 years old. Teugels was the only one ever to play football for all the top Brussels clubs.
