Police in the western German city of Essen are investigating three fires that are suspected to have been started. No fewer than 31 people were injured, including two children who are in mortal danger, reports ‘Die Rheinische Post’ (RP). A 41-year-old Syrian, who is also said to be involved in other incidents, has been arrested.
