From Saturdays spent at your favorite team’s stadium to sunsets viewed from atop Mt. Cheaha to dipping your toes in the coast’s sandy beaches, there’s a lot to love about living in Alabama.
That’s why our friends at This is Alabama recently asked their Facebook following what their favorite part of living in Alabama is. Answers ranged from the state’s natural beauty — like its scenic coast and picturesque countryside — to the people who call it home, the good eats and more. The fact that we only rarely have to deal with snowfall also came up as a major perk.
