Dutch former Prime Minister Mark Rutte was officially installed as the new head of NATO today. He succeeds Norwegian Jens Stoltenberg, who headed the military alliance for ten years. Rutte already indicated his top priority: continuing support for Ukraine and helping Kiev remain an independent country. He also lashed out at Russia and China.
