MORRISONS shoppers have shared their hack for getting around an item limit on a special Christmas deal.
The supermarket chain has slashed the price of its Christmas confectionary tubs to just £2.

But, the 66% drop from the usual £6 price tag comes with strict rules.
Shoppers need to be registered to the More Card scheme, spend at least £45 in-store, and are only allowed one tub per customer.
Featured in the deal are the four traditional chocolate boxes seen in households across Britain this time of year – Roses, Celebrations, Heroes and Quality Street.
But, despite the rules laid out by the supermarket, some shoppers believe they have found a way to dodge the item limit.

On Facebook, one wrote: “I know the Morrison’s chocolate tub offer says 1 tub per person (account holder) but I just did my big shop and split it in two at the checkout.
“[I] got 2 tubs on the offer, so I’m guessing we can use it every time we spend £45 until 21/11/24.”
The limited-time deal is only available in stores and will end on November 21.
It seems that the shopper’s luck was not an anomaly with others saying that they got multiple chocolate tubs for £2 using the same hack.
“I got my shopping then went back in for my daughter’s shopping & got them again,” one wrote in the comments.
“I was told to do this in store today,” another added.
“The workers were telling all of the customers.”
One fellow Morrisons shopper asked those who were successful if the deal applied to each different tub of chocolates.
“Was it 2 different kinds you got? As far as I know, it’s one of each kind that can buy for £2 in separate transactions,” she wrote.
This question was left unanswered while other shoppers were not successful in dodging the rule.

Shop via outlet stores – you can save loads of money shopping via outlet stores like Amazon Warehouse or Office Offcuts.
They work by selling returned or slightly damaged products at a discounted rate, but usually any wear and tear is minor.
One unlucky customer said: “I just tried it and didn’t work with me got the 1st one at £2 then the second one £6.”
The Sun has contacted Morrisons for clarification on this part of the rules.
Regardless, the new offer from Morrisons is currently the cheapest price available for all four Christmas tubs compared to rival supermarkets.
But, as the festive season gets underway and new deals start while others come to a close, it is always best to compare prices when shopping.
A great way to do this is via the comparison site Trolley which will show the prices for every store.
It is always good to keep an eye out for deals specifically offered to people with loyalty cards as this can often save quite a lot of money.
