A selection of restaurants in the state are all offering alternatives to cooking at home, whether you are a family looking to dine-in or hosting relatives and need a meal ready for pick-up.
Make sure you plan ahead; many restaurants are accepting limited reservations that are first-come, first-serve, and pre-orders must be made before time runs out.

Favorites Bistro Bar in New London
“The waterfront, Caribbean-American restaurant will host a ‘Pumpkins & Prosecco’ brunch on Sunday, Nov. 24 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.,” according to Favorites’s website. “Guests should be prepared to gobble ’til they wobble as they enjoy an unlimited selection of brunch dishes like Chicken & Waffles, Creme Brulee French Toast and Short Rib Benedict. Bottomless food will be offered along with a complimentary mimosa bucket for $55 per person. Bottomless mimosas can also be added on for $35. Live music will be provided by DJ Dre.”
Market Grille in Manchester
Market Grille is taking orders for Thanksgiving dinner for pick up, according to their website, as well as offering an in-house Thanksgiving dinner that runs from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Metro Bis in Simsbury
Metro Bis is offering a three-course meal for dine-in on Thanksgiving, according to their website, with choices like roasted turkey, braised short ribs, pan-seared salmon, and autumn risotto. Price per person is $60, not including tax and service. Children 10 and younger are $30

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in West Hartford

“Cafe Aura will be offering a la carte dining service from 12:30 to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day,” according to Cafe Aura’s website. “We will offer our full dinner menu as well as our pre-fixed Thanksgiving Feast.

Millwright’s is offering a Thanksgiving Prix Fixe menu that comes with a first course, entree, side, and dessert, according to their website. The total price is $85 for adults and $45 for children under 12 and includes choices like organic roasted turkey, maple glazed ham, new york strip, wester ross salmon, and oyster mushrooms.
They are also offering Thanksgiving at Home with a four-person meal for $245. Readers can order online and pickup Thanksgiving day between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Artisan in West Hartford

Abigail’s Grille and Wine Bar in Simsbury
Abigail’s Grille and Wine Bar’s Thanksgiving menu checks in at $59.95 per person and comes with a seasonal soup or salad, a holiday entree, and one prix fixe dessert. A Villa Louisa’s Thanksgiving Dinner All You Can Eat Buffet returns Thanksgiving Day with seatings from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. in two-hour intervals, according to their website.

Fire at the Ridge is offering dine-in and take-home Thanksgiving dinner for guests, according to their website.

The Wharf at Madison Beach Hotel in Madison
The Wharf is offering their own Grand Buffet for Thanksgiving Day from noon to 6 p.m., according to their website. Readers can reserve online here and check out the full menu here. Griswold Inn’s Thanksgiving buffet is bringing plenty of favorites this year, according to their website, with options like herb roasted turkey breast, slow roasted prime rib, baked cod, and baked salmon. Guests can also enjoy a selection of salads along with buffet accompaniments like buttertnut squash, praline sweet potatoes, brown butter Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and more. Dessert includes pumpkin pie, apple pie, chocolate torte, bread pudding, and New York style cheesecake.

The Hollow in Manchester
The Hollow’s Thanksgiving buffet menu is packed with favorites like lemon and orange brined turkey, herb and cognac roasted pork loin, apple and sausage cornbread stuffing, roasted garlic and asiago Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and more.

Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ in Hartford, South Windsor, Windsor, New Haven
Bear’s has a hearty Thanksgiving menu for take-home dining, according to their website, with everything from deviled eggs and Kansas city meatballs to whole smoked turkey, smoked glazed ham and more.
Guests can either pick their own custom Thanksgiving dinner or go with The Bear Feast, a $205 order that feeds 6-8 people.
Black Eyed Sally’s Southern Kitchen & Bar in Hartford
Black Eyed Sally’s is covering your Thanksgiving dinner with a Cajun fried, 12-14lb turkey with two side dishes of your choice for $195, according to their website. Pickup is Wednesday, Nov. 27, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Cafe Louise in West Hartford
Cafe Louise is offering a take-home Thanksgiving package for families of all sizes. Customers can order dinners for two, four, or eight to ten, complete with all of the expected inclusions like carved white turkey meat, stuffing, and a selection of soups, vegetables and side dishes, according to their website.

Max is ready to “provide the turkey and all the trimmings” for guests looking to avoid cooking this Thanksgiving, according to their website.
There are a bevy of different choices, all priced out depending on family size with different options for whole turkeys, sliced turkey dinners, and all white meat only turkey dinners.
