ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Boaz man was killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Saturday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
ALEA said on Saturday around 3:50 p.m., 64-year-old Tracy L. Carroll was killed when the motorcycle he was driving left the road and hit a utility pole.
The department said Carroll was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash happened on Lawson Gap Road near Alabama 179, three miles south of Boaz.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division are continuing to investigate the wreck.
