Ronald Koeman’s men thumped Hungary 4-0 on Saturday to confirm their second-placed finish, while their hosts were subjected to their heaviest-ever defeat in a 7-0 slaughter at the hands of Germany.
We say: Bosnia-Herzegovina 0-4 Netherlands
A return to familiar territory should help Bosnia-Herzegovina shore up at the back to some degree, but the hosts were carved open time and time again by Germany and could have easily lost by more.
Even if Koeman does ring the changes as expected, the Dutch should overwhelm Barbarez’s men from the get-go and leave with an emphatic win under their belts.

Fresh from recording the biggest-ever victory in the history of the men’s UEFA Nations League, League A Group 3 winners Germany conclude the first phase away to Hungary on Tuesday evening.
Julian Nagelsmann’s side wrapped up a first-placed finish in the group with a 7-0 obliteration of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Saturday, while the Magyars will rank third thanks to a 4-0 drubbing at the hands of the Netherlands.
We say: Hungary 0-2 Germany
Even if the Dutch did carve the Hungarians open at will on Saturday, the Magyars’ defence should provide a sterner test to the Germans than Bosnia-Herzegovina’s backline did, especially if Nagelsmann sees fit to make numerous alterations.
However, even a second-string Germany outfit – who would still boast a menacing-looking attack – should comfortably sweep aside opponents who also have nothing to play for.

Amid an incredibly close race for promotion in the UEFA Nations League, both Albania and Ukraine require points to keep their hopes alive on Tuesday.
Either side could yet be relegated, too, as just three points cover all four teams in League B Group 1 heading into the final matchday.
We say: Albania 1-1 Ukraine
There is little to choose between these two teams, and Albania rode their luck to claim maximum points when they locked horns in September.
A draw is the likeliest result, and one which would leave Albania’s fate in others’ hands, while Ukraine would be cast down into League C.

When Czech Republic and Georgia square off on Tuesday evening, a win for either side would secure promotion to the UEFA Nations League’s top tier.
Both League B Group 1 rivals drew their penultimate fixture at the weekend, so the Czechs lead by one point – but Albania and Ukraine are still in contention.

Gaining sweet revenge for their 4-1 defeat when these nations last met, Czech Republic can get the win that will take them back up into League A.
It could be a close-fought contest between two industrious teams, but the hosts have momentum on their side.

Needing a victory to guarantee promotion to the top tier of the UEFA Nations League, Turkey travel to the Gradski Stadion in Niksic to face already-relegated Montenegro in Tuesday’s League B Group 4 finale.
The Crescent-Stars are two points clear of Wales at the top of the section, while their hosts are yet to pick up their first point and are already doomed to relegation.
We say: Montenegro 0-3 Turkey
As toothless as Turkey were up front against Wales, Montella’s men should have no trouble breaking down a permeable Montenegro backline, especially one without their two first-choice full-backs.
The return of Jovetic should not inspire a change in attacking fortunes for the hosts either, and Turkey therefore have our vote to seal promotion to League A in style.

Still capable of finishing as high as first or as low as third, Wales conclude their UEFA Nations League group-stage campaign on Tuesday, when Iceland visit the Cardiff City Stadium in League B Group 4.
Craig Bellamy’s side sit second in the section thanks to their goalless draw with Turkey on the penultimate matchday, but their visitors cut the gap down to just two points by defeating Montenegro 2-0.
We say: Wales 1-0 Iceland
Wales have not been pulling up trees on the attacking front over the past six months, but Bellamy’s men should back themselves to keep Iceland at arm’s length in Cardiff after their dogged defensive display in Turkey.
Fatigue on both sides after respective long journeys could give rise to a drab, low-scoring affair, but the Dragons have our backing to come up with the crucial moment and ensure at least a second-placed finish in the section.

With their UEFA Nations League fate already decided, Slovakia and Estonia will wrap up their League C Group 1 commitments on Tuesday evening.
Despite Saturday’s defeat in Sweden, Slovakia have confirmed a promotion playoff for March, while Estonia sealed survival by avoiding defeat in Azerbaijan.
We say: Slovakia 2-0 Estonia
Particularly with their home fans behind them, Slovakia will be a class above Estonia; but, with their playoff berth booked, they may step off the gas.
Avoiding a heavy defeat would be an acceptable outcome for the visitors, who are more suited to tackling Europe’s minnows.

Having booked an immediate return to League B, Sweden can play their final UEFA Nations League group game stress-free, as they welcome Azerbaijan to Solna on Tuesday.
While the Blagult have already confirmed top spot, their Azeri counterparts are sure to finish last in League C Group 1 and are at risk of relegation.
We say: Sweden 3-0 Azerbaijan
Neither side has much to play for, so a straightforward Sweden win should be expected against opponents that have leaked lots of goals so far.
The hosts will sign off their brief stay in League C with a celebratory win, while Azerbaijan are surely bound for the Nations League’s lowest tier.

Malta are set to host Andorra on Tuesday at Ta’Qali National Stadium in their final UEFA Nations League D group game and will hope to end their campaign on a high.
The Reds are second in their three-team group with six points from three fixtures and are unable to catch leaders Moldova, who occupy the only automatic promotion spot, while their guests have no points and have finished last.
We say: Malta 1-0 Andorra
It is difficult to see either side playing particularly well given there is nothing at stake, but Mazzotta will at least want to impress in his temporary role.
Additionally, Andorra may be somewhat deflated after failing to reach the promotion playoff spots, and it would not be surprising if they lost on Tuesday.
