Low-cost carrier has new Florida service from CT airport

Frontier will begin flying twice-weekly to Miami starting Feb. 13, expanding its service to Florida from Bradley that already includes Orlando and Tampa. In addition, Frontier has existing routes from Connecticut’s largest commercial airport to Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham and San Juan.

Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines adding route from Bradley International Airport.

“For both Hartford-area consumer looking to travel to the Sunshine State, and for Floridians wanting to visit beautiful New England, this new service will offer Frontier’s signature affordability and convenience,” Josh Flyr, Frontier’s vice president of network and operations design, said.

According to Frontier’s web site, two promotions are accompanying the roll out of the new route.
