BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) – Two Cleveland Browns updated the playing status for a pair of players for Thursday night’s week 12 home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. and tight end Geoff Swaim have both been ruled out.
Wills Jr. will miss the game with a knee injury. He did not practice on Monday and was a limited participant on Tuesday. Veteran Germain Ifedi could be in line to start at left tackle.
Tight end Geoff Swaim has also been ruled out with a concussion. He did not practice on Monday or Tuesday. David Njoku and Jordan Akins are the only other two tight ends on Cleveland’s active roster.
The Browns and Steelers will kick off on Thursday at 8:15 p.m. at Huntington Bank Field. The game will be televised exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
