YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A man who was arrested in August while police served a search warrant investigating drug activity pleaded guilty to a drug charge Thursday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
Damian Foster, 37, will be sentenced on December 23 by Judge Anthony Donofrio on a charge of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
He was arrested August 28 at a home in the 300 block of Ferndale Avenue after city police served a search warrant there.
Reports said police found two semiautomatic handguns, two magazines of ammunition, fentanyl, pills, cocaine and suboxone strips.
Foster also had a gun charge when he was arrested but the grand jury refused to indict him on that charge.
