Pennsylvania's technology program bridging the 'digital divide'

SHARON, Pa. (WKBN) — On Thursday, Mercer County Representative Parke Wentling made an announcement that will help bridge the digital divide the in county.

The Hope Center for Arts and Technology (HopeCAT) Incorporated in Sharon is getting 64 laptops for residents.

They’re provided through Pennsylvania’s Digital Connectivity Technology Program.

Wentling said as a former educator he knows the value of ensuring access to this vital tool.
