MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A Grant man was denied bond after the court said he was a ‘risk to the public’ based on allegations from his Nov. 19 arrest, according to court documents.
According to court documents, 37-year-old Adam Wayne Atchley had an Aniah’s Law hearing on Nov. 22. The document says that after hearing evidence from the witness and arguments by the attorneys, the court decided Atchley was a ‘risk to the public based upon the allegations.’
