LICKING COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — It may be corn-y, but crews had to clean up a road in central Ohio.
The Ohio Department of Transportation’s East Central Ohio District 5 reported Monday afternoon that crews were called to the area of state Route 668, close to Laurel Hill in Licking County.
When crews arrived at the scene, they determined corn had spilled all over the roadway.
“Our a-maize-ing crews are on site and have confirmed it is corn,” said ODOT.
It is not currently known who might have left the corn on the roadway.
