The unions at Audi Brussels in Vorst will meet on Monday morning to determine a position, following the demand of the management on Saturday. This was reported by union representative Jan Baetens (ACV-Metea). The management threatened to file a criminal complaint if the 200 keys of cars that were ‘confiscated’ by employees are not returned by Monday afternoon at the latest. In the meantime, the management has also decided to keep the factory closed on Monday and to stop paying the staff. However, this has caused bad blood among dozens of employees, who went to the factory on Sunday evening.
