US President Joe Biden has chosen an unconventional location for what is likely to be his last meeting with foreign leaders in the context of the so-called Quad alliance. He received Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, his Australian counterpart Anthony Albanese and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his private residence in Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday.
