Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has completed a $29.5 million apartment complex in El Paso, Texas.
Sun Pointe, developed by Pennrose in partnership with Home Opportunity Management Enterprises (HOME), is a high-quality, affordable housing development with 146 one, two and three-bedroom apartment units across 24 two-story buildings.
Spanning 168,274 square feet, it has units with granite countertops, laundry rooms, and LVT flooring. There is also a playground, basketball court and community center with a theatre for social gatherings.
Kitchen & Associates, a New Jersey based architecture firm specializing in architecture, engineering, planning, interior design and energy consulting, designed Sun Pointe.
“Capstone Building Corp. is honored to have supported Pennrose and HOME with the development of Sun Pointe,” Capstone Building Corp. Vice President of Project Management Brandon Loyd said. “This project, along with HOME’s initiative to provide quality affordable housing, reflects our shared commitment to positively impacting the communities we serve.”
