The restaurant space at Birmingham’s Iron City is now available for leasing.
The property, located at 2208 6th Ave South, features 5,750 square feet of space, a commercial kitchen, seating, a large bar with operational drink serving system, a performance stage, onsite parking, and restaurant fixtures.
“Subleasing the Grill space allows us to double our focus on our core business of serving the community as the best concert and private events facility the region has to offer,” Iron City General Manager Jason Westbrook said. “We’ve been blessed with an incredible 2024 lineup, and with the separation of the Grill business, can look forward to carrying that momentum into 2025.”
Last year, Iron City announced the closure of the grill, saying it would continue to be a space for private events.
The Iron City Grill was a mainstay at the venue since Iron City opened in February 2013. The restaurant — part of a 22,000-square-foot entertainment complex — typically served sandwiches, burgers, salads, dinner entrees and more.
