“Laura deserves a dignified farewell after the horror that was done to her.” This is what her friends say now that the body of Laura Trappeniers (66) has been released five months after her death. The Flemish woman was found gruesomely murdered in the sea in April, a few days after she suddenly disappeared in Tenerife together with her husband Marc Olbrechts (71). The investigation itself remains remarkably quiet for the time being, although three Belgian suspects are in a Spanish cell and the investigators are confident that they have concrete evidence.
