AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A commercial building in Austintown sold for $2.8 million.
The building at 5385 Clarkins Drive, which currently houses a welding, gas and equipment company, was sold Nov. 13 to the Cutting Family Trust out of Palos Verdes, California, according to records with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
The building was constructed in 2022 with a current tax value of $1 million. The current tax bill is $28,328.
The property was previously owned by JetLag LLC.
