LIAM SCALES has been in terrific form for Celtic this season.
He has played 11 times at the heart of Brendan Rodgers‘ defence and has helped his side shut out the opposition.
The Hoops have only concede THREE league goals so far across 10 games.
And Scales has built up a formidable relationship with new boy Auston Trusty who was signed in the summer from Sheffield United.
But with Cameron Carter-Vickers recently returning from injury, he has given his manager a headache with team selections.
Scales was benched in the 3-1 victory over RB Leipzig at Parkhead but retook his starting spot at Rugby Park last weekend.

But he has not continued his fine form while on international duty with Ireland during their Nations League game against England.
The Dublin born defender was shown a debatable yellow card just before halftime as his side were deadlocked at 0-0 after the first 45 minutes.
He seemingly stopped England from taking a quick free kick, something that the referee did not like.
Former Republic of Ireland striker Clinton Morrison spoke on BBC Radio 5 Live at the time of the booking.
He said: “Don’t get involved in nonsense. It is poor from Liam Scales.
“It is a foul, but I don’t think it is a yellow card. It is harsh.
“It’s the worst yellow card you can get as a centre-back.
“I used to do stuff like that and now I look at it and think, ‘that’s stupidity.”
Scales looked to have recomposed himself in the second half and he made a crunching – but legal – challenge on Harry Kane, sending the Bayern Munich star flying into the air.
But things quickly went South again for the stopper when he made a mistimed tackle on Jude Bellingham in the Ireland box.
It resulted in a second yellow and subsequent RED CARD for Scales and a penalty kick to the hosts, which was dispatched by Kane.
The opening goal and man advantage seemed to spark England to life as they scored another two before the hour mark.
They scored again in the 76th and 79th minutes to make it 5-0 as they eased to victory.
