DeShaun Gibbons ran for three touchdowns and passed for another as Class 5A No. 3 Central-Clay County beat No. 7 Scottsboro 35-21 in their first meeting.
Gibbons scored from 75, 67 and 7 yards. He connected with Ladamion Boyd for an 8-yard touchdown. The visiting Vols (6-0) led 20-14 at halftime at Pat Trammell Stadium in Scottsboro.
