A strong cold front tracked through our area this week. At the jet stream level, an area of low pressure has been hovering over the Midwest and Great Lakes region, leading to the cold air being locked into our region.
Temperatures on Friday morning will be in the mid-30s with highs on Friday only in the low 50s. It will stay breezy, with gusts around 20 mph also make sure you grab the warm gear before heading outdoors!
Saturday morning’s temperatures will be in the low to mid-30s and a frost is likely due to calmer winds and clear skies. Wrap up your sensitive plants and flowers. Sunday’s temperatures will be in the 60s and above average.
